Fun in the Sun!

Today we got out the slip-n-slide that Granna had bought the boys, and they had a BLAST!!! It took them abour 30 second of being nervous before they just jumped on in! Now, being boys, they were a LITTLE rough as usual, so Anthony filled up our turtle sand box with water for a little pool of her own-thanks Aunt Vickie for the idea! I love her little ruffled butt in her new swimsuit our Aunt Celeste got her! She has a matching terry cloth robe, but as soon as I went and got my camera, she had taken it off and headed out the door...of course! Anthony took the camera, looked at me, and told me "give me a sexy look", and well, what you see is the best I got. Don't really know how to do sexy...cute will have to do for now. And naturally, I had to ask Anthony to do the same...he was having a little bit TOO much fun with it! Enjoy the pictures! Just push the play button to see the video...

Makeovers

Kori Jo found my makeup today and kept watching me put on mine, and then would try her best to put the make up on herself. She looked beautiful!

Yesterday, I went outside with Kori Jo to take a picture of the flower clip I made, but she was just so stinkin cute, I couldn't stop there!

Fuzzies!

This morning we jumped into all our housework and cleaning we have had to do, and I looked at the couch-with all the stains and ick- and decided it was past time to wash them. As I got the cushion covers on the wash, I wet a wash rag and some spray-n-wash in hand, ready to tackle the top covers when I realized---they unzipped too! yippee! So I started pulling out all the stuffing and it added up to a very large pile of what my kids call "fuzzies!" I let go of the need to keep things clean and said, "let's jump in it!" Those 3 kids had the BEST time playing in all those fuzzies!

Zip, zam, zowie and SWOOSH!

In Florida, the boys got to meet their cousins around their age for the first time ever, and they were so excited! When we were leaving, Caleb says, "I didn't know we had so many friends here!" It was such a precious moment. The kids also got to ride on a skateboard for their first time, and LOVED it! So, of course, they start asking for one, and what do you know, for Easter they got one! They love riding down the driveway with them and scooting around on them.

Easter 2009

We all had a very blessed Easter this year! The boys got to color eggs and ate TONS of candy! Kori Jo's fixation were BUBBLES! She too stuffed her face with chocolate. I unfortunately lost my camera card, and was going CRAZY frantically looking for it and praying God would lead me to it. I STILL have yet to find it, but my mother-in-law, Carolyn let me borrow her card to take some pictures for Easter, whew! You can't have Easter without a few pictures!

Easter sunny was a very rainy and wet morning. The forecast was 80% chance of thunderstorms all day long. As I looked out the window that morning I prayed that God would bring out the sun today. Just as we were walking outside to attempt to take some Easter photos, the sun came out and shined bright on us! Thank you God!!!
